INFORMATION THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

-Our services are complimentary for our full-service clients. There is no fee for you, when we book and plan your trip. We are paid, a small commission, by the destinations after you travel.  Booking directly with them via phone or online, they keep it. Most times it is calculated in your Package, even if you don't use a Travel Agent. So, use one!

 -For those Reservations that we do not book, create nor hold, we can have them transferred to us if it has been within a certain time frame of booking and it’s not paid in full. Please ask, as the timing depends on the destination. For those outside of the transfer window, there will be a Fee to pay for our help with your reservation. Again, ask as it varies – YMMV depending on the destination and what is needed to be done"

 -All quoted prices are subject to change - Rates are not guaranteed until payment is made. Once a deposit is paid, then the price is locked.

 -Travel insurance is not automatically included in quotes/bookings and must be requested. Costs vary based on Destination and Package costs.  It must be purchased BEFORE final payment; it cannot be added after the trip is paid in full. It is optional for Domestic Travel, but absolutely necessary for International Travel by Air, Land or Sea
